Book Your Event
Let's do it! Contact us & we'll email your invoice & rental agreement. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

​On the day of your event, our team delivers and installs your display. When your event is over, our team will come back to breakdown and pick up your display.

What Kind of power is needed for my setup?1. A Standard power outlet is required. We use 10w or 15w bulbs for all products. We can assist in determining if one or more circuits will be required.

What are the Dimensions of each Marquee?1. Letters A-Z are 3ft tall x 2ft wide x .5ft deep with the exceptions of I, M, W 2. Numbers 0-9 are 4ft tall x 2ft wide x .5ft deep with exception of #1 3. Symbols are 3ft tall & between 1.5ft-3ft wide

What does Alpha-Lit Supply with my set-up?1. We supply extension cords up to 100ft. 2. We supply extra bulbs for your display. 3. If ordered we supply the stacking rack for multi level displays.

Can the Marquees be set up outside?1. Yes, our marquee products can be outside with the exception of high wind, heavy rain, or snow. 2. Customer is responsible to have an indoor back up plan. 3. Refunds are not issued for any circumstance weather related.

If my setup is outdoors with no access to power, can I still rent your marquees?1. Yes. We have a generator to supply power to your setup. If a generator is needed it is required to be rented & reserved with your booking. You can rent marquees with no power source however, we only recommend this during the day time or in a well lit area.

Can the Marquees be stacked on top of each other?1. Yes! Racks are required to stack Marquees & can be reserved during booking. Stacking the marquees gives over 6ft in height making it that much more of a statement!

Can I have different colored bulbs?1. Yes! All Marquees come with clear however we have a variety of colors Including Red, Pink, Blue, Green, etc

Can my setup be moved after it's been installed?No. Unfortunately once we complete the set up it can not be moved. If your event requires them to move to another room/floor one of our team members are required to return to the location This may come at an extra cost.

If my event is in need of changing the date am I able to do so?Yes. Depending on availability. We understand things come up and plans may change. Please notify us ASAP in this case We will do our best to accommodate!
